great location friendly staff center access empty minibar missing slippers dinner charge
the location is super convenient! it is located very close to the city center and a metro station. i was so happy it was only 5km by bike to scheveningen beach. the staff was very friendly and understanding when my wife was unwell.
The minibar was empty, a little disappointing. also, slippers and extra pillows were not in the room. I had to request them. regarding dinner, they said i had to pay for my 0-6 age kids' dinner. they were not kind when the kids behaved like that.

central location efficient design oat milk
The location is close to the market and many restaurants. The rooms have a decent size. Rooms are designed to store travel belongings efficiently. Friendly service was present. Breakfast continued until 12:00 noon. Oat milk was available with coffee.
I found no telephone to contact reception in case of emergency.

convenient location quiet room fresh fruit
the location proved very convenient as shops and restaurants were nearby. the room was clean and quiet, a detail i value highly. breakfast included a big variety of food including fresh fruit, vegetables, and different bakery options.

central location clean room comfortable bed
the hotel is very central. it is close to a tourist tram stop. the room was clean on the 4th floor. i had a good overview of the city. the bed was comfortable!

the hotel boasts an excellent location right in the city center. this is perfect for exploring many important sites and shops. the easy access to trams makes travelling simple.

the hotel offers a bar with friendly staff. a good variety of food and beverages are available. the breakfast provided varied choices including gluten-free and dairy-free items, with good coffee.

the staff was helpful! they tried to help me find places to watch sports games. everyone spoke english. the check-in process was fast, and the staff were kind!

small room street noise
I was initially pleased with the central location. the room, advertised as a 'double room', felt more like a single. it was small, and the noise from the street was relentless. the bathroom felt cramped. The shower's glass door made loud cracking noises.

The location was convenient and the staff were attentive. My room offered ample space. The staff cleaned my room even for a short two-night stay!!!
The invoice process was somewhat unprofessional. It required multiple follow-ups.

modern room historic building
the room was modern and spacious. location is nice as many historic buildings are easily accessible near the hotel.
the room was a bit hot and it was difficult to regulate the temperature from the thermostat.
